Anji Church is a New Hampshire Certified Midwife, a Vermont Licensed Midwife, and is a nationally Certified Professional Midwife. She lives in West Chesterfield, New Hampshire where she and her husband of 25 years have settled down after raising and home educating their four sons Brian, David, Andrew and Michael. She is a mother-in law to Sarah and grandmother to Zoë.

Anji studied midwifery for three years before taking on an intensive apprenticeship at The Birth Cottage in Milford with Adrian Feldhusen NHCM, CPM and Tracey Bowman CNM, ARNP as her preceptors. At the Cottage, Anji was involved in birth of all kinds including waterbirth, VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean), homebirth, and Hypnobirth. She taught a childbirth course at the Cottage for which she wrote the curriculum entitled “Truly Natural Childbirth."

Before becoming a midwife, Anji trained and worked as a nursing assistant, labor doula, childbirth educator, breastfeeding educator, "Trust Birth" facilitator trainer, and herbal educator. She holds certifications in Herbal Medicine, and Aromatherapy. Anji is the owner and creator of Natural Keepsakes, an herbal product line which focuses on the childbearing year and care of the child and family.
